Shogetsu Hotel - Gero

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff provided really good service. They were friendly and very helpful throughout my entire stay. The hotel facilities were great and everything was meticulously clean. The location was convenient and easy to access. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I was impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that the staff provided.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main attractions and restaurants in the city. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us during our stay. the food served at the hotel was delicious and presented beautifully.

The hotel lacked adequate parking facilities, which caused inconvenience during our stay. The limited parking spaces meant that we had to find alternative parking in the surrounding area, which was not ideal.

We stayed at a hotel and had to arrive late, but the staff were very accommodating and understanding. They quickly helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. the service throughout our stay was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast options were delicious and there were plenty of facilities to enjoy, such as a spa and restaurant.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was quite weak.

Staying at this exclusive hotel was an experience like no other. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to fulfill every luxurious need. the service was exceptional, with our designated butler catering to our every requirement, ensuring that we felt pampered throughout our stay. the room was filled with exclusive amenities, including private facilities that added to the overall sense of opulent indulgence. the hotel's location advantages made it easy to access the nearby attractions, and the breathtaking views were simply spectacular.

The only minor issue we encountered was the language barrier with some of the staff members, which caused a few minor miscommunications. this was quickly resolved by our butler, who ensured that our requests were met with exceptional service and attention to detail.

The hotel had good spa treatments and the food was excellent. the location was great - close to the city center and easily accessible by car.

The staff was unprofessional and often did not respond to our requests. the rooms were also not as nice as expected and had a musty smell.
